Yes — all of our kits come with all required hardware for a complete setup, so you won’t have to hunt for extra parts.

4. Do you ship nationwide?

We ship most items anywhere in the U.S. We cannot ship I-beams, wood, PVC, or drive pipe due to size and weight restrictions.

5. Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Yes! You can pick up your order at our location or arrange for local delivery in our service area.

6. Can I get help choosing the right part?

Motors & Gear Plates

• All motors and gear plates are tested before leaving our facility.

• If desired, units may be re-tested at the buyer’s expense prior to shipment.

• These items are not covered under warranty if damaged by lightning, power surges, improper installation, misuse, or user error.

• In the rare event of a manufacturer defect, the product may be returned for testing. If confirmed defective, it will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

Fabricated Parts

• All fabricated metal parts manufactured by Boat Hoist of Alabama come with a Lifetime Warranty.

• This warranty covers normal use and guarantees against defects in materials or workmanship.

Returns

• Returns must be authorized by Boat Hoist of Alabama prior to shipment.

• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging when possible.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective under warranty.

Exclusions
